Wow! The fragrance from this spice blend is fantastic! This blend works deliciously on beef, chicken, pork, lamb and seafood. Keep it in a jar in the pantry as one of your basic spice blends. It's a great replacement for those taco seasoning mixes that are packed full of sugar, gluten, MSG and preservatives.
Serving Ideas Sprinkle on all kinds of meat and seafood and is great as a taco seasoning mix.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an airtight container in the pantry, up to 3 months.
