Welcome to Fast Days Healing Days favorite Fast Day (FD) recipes for your intermittent fasting and alternate day diet lifestyle! FDHD recipes work great as a solution for any calorie-restricted lifestyle. We’re all about keeping hunger and boredom out of your IF life! We love bold, flavors and fun, filling and fabulous food! We want you to be able to treat Fast Days (FDs) as just another day–no deprivation involved. Most of our 5:2 Fast Day recipes and intermittent fasting recipes (aka 4:3, ADF, JUDDD & EOD recipes) are gluten free, low or controlled carb, and fit into a keto, paleo, primal and diabetes-friendly lifestyle. They are also Weight Watchers-friendly.
