Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Fast Day Dijon Vinaigrette
- 1/8 cup Bragg's Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 ounces non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 jalapeno pepper, canned, chopped finely with seeds
- 1/8 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon freeze-dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 pinch stevia powder (optional)
Instructions
- Combine everything in a large salad bowl and toss to combine thoroughly. Taste and adjust seasonings to preference with kosher or sea salt and black pepper.
