Fabulous protein fudge takes the edge off hunger during Fast Days. So good, you’ll eat it every day!

 

Sometimes, just knowing you can have a tasty treat for dessert, even on your Fast Day (FD), helps you make it through the hours of abstinence.  This is just such a treat.  It is delicious, sinful fudge, and the miracle of it is that it is so filling, thanks to the protein, that one or two small pieces with a cup of herbal tea will keep you happy and satiated until your Feast Day begins!
